All products sold by Guidance Game Plan are digital, downloadable files (PDF planners, worksheets, and guides). Because these files are delivered instantly and can be accessed as soon as your purchase is complete, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded, except as described below.
When we will issue a refund
We will provide a full refund or a replacement file if:
- You were charged more than once for the same order
- Your download link did not work and our team was unable to resolve the issue
- The file you received was corrupted, incomplete, or significantly different from what was described on the product page
How to request a refund
Contact us at admin@guidancegameplan.com within 7 days of your purchase. Please include your order number and a short description of the issue. Where a refund is due, we will process it to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
License and usage
Each purchase includes a single-user or single-family license for personal, classroom, or individual counseling use, as described on each product page. Because purchases include digital usage rights rather than a physical product, refund requests based on a change of mind after downloading are not eligible under this policy.
