Stop the Scramble time management and procrastination worksheet for teens

Every time-management worksheet seems to hand students a blank weekly grid and call it a solution. Stop the Scramble begins one important step earlier: helping teens identify why they procrastinate in the first place.

A perfectionist who refuses to start until everything feels perfect needs a different solution than a student who feels overwhelmed by too many responsibilities. Understanding the reason behind procrastination makes it easier to choose a strategy that can actually help.

Created by a former high school counselor, this four-page printable worksheet helps students identify their procrastination pattern and introduces practical tools they can begin using immediately. Strategies include time-blocking, the two-minute rule, “eat the frog,” and the Pomodoro technique—along with a simple weekly reset routine designed to help the new habits continue beyond the first week.

What’s included:

• Four practical time-management tools explained in student-friendly language
